What type of content would you like us to ‘turn up’! What are you interested in? Remember to focus on who we want to be and how to get there – in our own special quirky way. It is harder than it seems to focus on the outcomes we want, and not the dog poo we want to avoid. But doing so will train our brains to have a cognitive bias toward the good, the gracious and the beauty in the world.
We use the group rules on this site that we have on our private ‘Agile Best Self Principles’ LinkedIn community (if you are not part of the community, send us an invite):
Be nice. Be respectful. No nonsense. No politics. No religious diatribes. This is a curated community, violators will be removed. We are here to support each other and share ideas. We are here to follow Kent Beck’s advice: “Turn up the good”
What best self, turn up the good, content motivates you? What success stories or inspirational stories do you want to hear?
Agile Best Self Principle #12: At regular intervals, reflect on how to become your best self, then tune and adjust.
