I have been thinking a lot about agility from the bigger picture. How might more people benefit from agile ways of working?
I am filled with gratitude as I end a challenging week. Our like-hearted community came through. I got a gift of a bonus insight also — I learned I need to intentionally reconnect with some of the members in my own support team to foster more control over my mindset and energy level.
