We are excited to announce that on July 29th, 2020 we will be sharing our Agile Best Self North Star workshop. You are hereby invited!

This workshop was accepted by the Agile 2020 conference, and unfortunately the event isn’t happening as a result of the global pandemic. So, we decided to bring it to you ourselves!

Here’s the abstract we submitted to the conference:

Do you know what it means to be your best self? Do you have a personal North Star to guide you through your professional and personal life? How about having a personal vision statement, mantra or philosophy? It all sounds pretty confusing and overwhelming. Michaele Gardner and Brian Hackerson (co-founders of http://agilebestself.com) have experimented with multiple ways to help workshop participants set a course toward a personal North Star. The resulting personal philosophy can be used to guide decisions and manage intent. The practice is simple – do more things that allow you to become your best self. The theory is hard – how do I define my best self philosophy? How do I define my personal ‘WHY?’ What is my North Star?
