Today, I’ve been contemplating the agile principle of trust and support, which reminded me of the greatest team I’ve had the privilege of being a part of in my career. In 2016, this team created and executed a fundamental shift in strategy that delivered long-lasting value to the company. However, what made that experience special were the relationships we built and the memories we created together.
We were able to achieve this success because we quickly established an environment of trust and support and worked together in perfect harmony towards a bigger vision. It’s an experience that I hope to relive again in the future.
I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt #gratitude to Jon, Sean, Toby, Brian, Lyle, Robert, Nancy, Laurie, and Nate for making that experience truly special. It was a privilege to work alongside all of you.
